Will I get coached?

If you show up live there is a good chance you'll get to be coached or be a part of the interactive workshop.

The more folks who volunteer the richer the experience for everyone.

What's the time commitment?

We'll have three 75-minute workshops over three weeks.

You won't have homework but you'll likely be thinking about and processing your work between calls.
